Our new "Big Chill"  Pearl Necklace features a slightly larger pill than our original chill pill necklace, and lays horizontally.  The pill itself functions as the clasp, with a "screw closure".  A fun update to a strand of classic freshwater pearls.

Organic shaped 5mm freshwater pearls. 18K gold vermeil and enamel chill pill. Available with black, turquoise, red, and pink sky enamel. Also available in sterling silver and black or turquoise enamel. Chill pill measures 0.75 inches. Available with 17 inch length.

Note: The chain extenders that we offer on our site, do not work to extend the length of this necklace.
